I know what you mean - initially I was excited when they announced a plastic Kharn, but the original is just great. The same with all of Jes Goodwin's stuff IMO.
By the same token, while the new Necromunda is quite exciting, I'm glad I hoarded metal Escher ganger over the years :D

Yeah, Necromunda is one I am sort of gutted about, I did manage to pick up the odd one here and there and have enough for an Escher gang, but I totally missed out on picking them up.

The worse ones are the gangs they redid that were just not as nice as those the Perry's did - like the Orlocks.

The two gangs that needed the most obvious overhaul this edition are Delaques and Goliaths. I think the Goliaths are a good step up. I have Heresy trench coats because the original delaques are a bit hit and miss.

Agreed, I never understood that.

Yup, definitely, although I'd also say the Van Saar never quite lived up to the concept.

Risen are coming along great.

RV and caravan look ace.

And I thought my car was dirty!

Very nice - looking forward to the completed vehicle. Please take a pic before handing it over :)

Good looking Winnebago, you've got there. Got a little color on the Risen. I'd like to have more diversity in the unit. Some nonhuman, Iron Kingdoms appropriate skeletons would add a lot to it I think.

Imp thats always been my gripe with undead zombie and skeleton hordes, does necromancy only work on human cadavers?

So the RV is finished

And here it is with 2 of the Caravans, still WIP

Lovely work guys.
Those caravans are spot on!
Agreed about the risen, 3 sculpts for that many undead always seemed miserly. A trollkin and a gobber skeleton would have been great. If you could get your hands on a bog trog shambler or two those would work though.

They are gross! You can smell them from here :-)

Ace paint job on the RVs and caravan.

Have you seen the rule set https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/130 ... yond-still

Got some bone on the Cygnarans and Alexia's robe. I think they're starting to look good.

They're looking great. I like the colour scheme for Alexis and the Thrall, very different to just goth black that you normally see.

A little touch up and detail left to do on the skeletons. Quite a bit left to do on Alexia herself though.
