Postby Cait Sidhe » Wed Oct 18, 2017 10:32 am

Killer B have released a new game Invasion X and a range of minis to go with it. Gigantic pics ahoy!

Source

Invasion X is a set of 28mm scale war game skirmish rules that allows players to game fictional encounters between the human race and various creatures and beings from the Unknown, in the halcyon days of the 1950's AND 60'S.
Saucer Men, Subterraneans, Sasquatch, Giant Atomic Ants and many more all feature in these rules together with profiles of various human individuals with whom you can use to save mankind.
So join us as we stand shoulder to shoulder against the plethora of menaces that threaten the peace, the truth and the Justice of the American Way!

If Recreational Conflict pick these up here in Rebellious Colonial Land like the other Killer B stuff, I'll certainly be interested in a few of these.

Especially liking the Majestic 12 lads. Before the Men in Black movies made everyone think of them as good guys in smart suits saving planets, this was how Men in Black were represented (especially if you were a reader of The Unexplained, the old conspiracy theory/paranormal/bollocks magazine of ye olden times).
Were they government agents out to discredit UFO observers with deliberately unconvincing attire?
Were they actually aliens whose anachronistic appearance was down to outdated research on humankind?
Was it actually just a load of old bollocks that filled up a few pages in the Unexplained before they got round to showing that gory shot of a severed human leg that represented proof of Spontaneous Combustion once again?
The answer to all of these questions, dear readers is Splong Furpluttt Noggglekrem!!!!!
Watch the Skies!!!
