Thanks (I think) for sharing that. It's quiet eye opening the little margin on games! The only wiggle room seems to be to put the squeeze on the manufacturing costs and I get the feeling that a niche hobby will not have the buying power for much of that. Maybe a middle man role here to use Alibaba would help?

I got out of the PC box shifting game many years ago when the margin dropped to around 25% and was rapidly 'heading south' - I know it's low single digits in most cases now and found it fascinating to see the similarities in this breakdown.
