It was great to meet you and chat a bit, I hope the fact you seemed inundated for the entire day was a good sign that you sold a lot :)

Levied Troop dang I missed your table entirely even though I was feet away at the Osprey stand just before they let the great unwashed in!

And Manatic/ Mr Tough Guy sorry to get you confused :) I know i met Mr Tough Guy not sure if I spoke with you Manatic at all :oops2:

Hurrah! Gutted I missed your table, hope you've more photos of it. That'll have been two tables there with some of my stuff on 'em - a new personal best.

How did I miss that thread?

They scrubbed up well. Great table.

I saw a lot but not everything, but left at 2.00 - the B.O. element of the atmosphere grew noticably around 1.30.

Fuck. This looks like it was a great Salute.
I could say I wish I could have dragged myself away from packing Hell but sadly, the truth is, it needed to be done and I did make some good progress (archaeology wise, I managed to uncover the late 90's!).
Doesn't make me feel any better about missing the show and fellow Platypi though.

Aaaaand the packing continues...

Looking at the photos here and elsewhere online, there was a lot of great looking games. I don't know if the hall was the same size as they've been using for a while now but it looks like a ton of people filling up the place.
Good to see the Platypi presence fully on view there, the first of many I'm sure!

Fucking sneezing so much at the moment from all the bloody dust I'm stirring up with uncovering geeky shit that I'm thinking that a trip to Salute would have been better for my health too!

Fonzie did enjoy showing his shiny helmet off :)

Ever so slightly more images but probably less quality and a number of doubles, oh well!

The clowns are from studio miniatures here http://www.studiominiatures.com/index.p ... Itemid=382

Specifically the die laughing set, some nice sculpts in there really.

Ta.
Yes, that is a nice set of clowny goodness.
Unfortunate for anyone with Coulrophobia.
But fun for the rest of us.

The three that made the table don't have any injuries and beyond the slightly slack jaw expression on Ronald they look fairly normal (for clowns) so when I painted them I left them clean and used clear varnish just to add to the creepy factor compared to the dirty and bloodiness of the others.

The queue was better organised this year, but it did include a rat-run of tape which you were expected to walk up and down and up and down, the total distance equal to a lap around the hall. Me and Stinky just ducked under the tape.

How the hell did you get up there?
Brave you all!
What a superb game this is and will become, my prediction was weak and we will be many more.
Thank you all and see you again here, in breathing life, never where popular opinion dies

I am gutted, for some reason, the videos I took of the show and the one of my haul seem to have vanished. Not sure how that has happened but they are not on the memory card - odd.
